Order Fulfillment
All products on Back to Black are made to order specifically for you! Because of this, it takes us a few days to process, print, and pack your items before they are shipped.
- Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.): Typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill.
- Non-apparel items (mugs, posters, etc.): Typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center closest to you.
- Standard US/EU Shipping: 3–5 business days
- International Shipping: 5–20 business days
Note: Your total delivery time is calculated by adding the fulfillment time to the shipping time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs and tax fees may apply. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
