Because our products are printed on-demand specifically for you when you place an order, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently than traditional retailers.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
We want you to be completely happy with your Back to Black gear. If you receive a product that is misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Please email us at support@backtoblack.dadsforge.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the issue and arrange a free replacement.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of a replacement or refund. We recommend checking with your local post office and neighbors.
Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Because every item is printed specifically for you upon ordering, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the wrong size. We highly recommend checking the size charts available on each product page before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
Wrong Address Provided
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
How to Start a Claim
Before returning any products, please contact us at support@backtoblack.dadsforge.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the correct return address if your claim is approved. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
